To Better Serve You

  • Please allow at least 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding.
  • Clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow your esthetician to be on time for the next appointment, or may need to be rebooked.
  • For your comfort, we recommend a warm shower before any body service or body wax.
  • Please alert your esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service.
  • We do not have a formal receptionist. If we are unavailable or with a client, you may receive voicemail. Please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
  • There is not a traditional waiting room, so please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. We also cannot accommodate guests unless they are in the treatment room while you are receiving your service. There will be notification on the door as to whether we are still with a client when you arrive.
  • All packages and series must be used within 1 year of purchase.
  • All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made.

Return Policies

  • Due to health regulations, only products that have been unopened and unused can be returned. For both in-store and online purchases, all unopened products with original receipt can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. If unsure about your purchase, please request a product sample that will be provided, if available. Samples are only provided in-store and not online.
  • There are no refunds on services rendered.
  • There are no refunds on gift cards or gift certificates and no cash back on unused portions.
